Our “$1500 in 150 hours” has ended, and I am happy to announce that we made our goal!!! Like I said in my previous post, I have been so encouraged by everyone’s desire to be involved, and their desire to help however they can. You all are awesome!
EVERY donation helped…I believe at 6pm Thursday, we were at exactly $1505!!! Even the smallest donations will go a long way. And the children we visit will surely be blessed by your generosity and kindness. Liz and I are looking forward to having you all share this adventure with us, and we’ll keep you posted on our travels to Zimbabwe!! (Just a few weeks away!)

Because we will be traveling to so many places, and because we hope to bless each organization we meet in whatever way we can, the total cost of our trip is about twice as much as we had anticipated…
Also, we encourage you all to read about the organizations we are visiting (links are to the right). And if you feel the desire to give to these organizations directly, that would be awesome as well! Each organization is pretty amazing, and we’re excited about meeting with them and learning more about what they are doing to impact the world.
And of course, we appreciate your prayers, blog comments, and emails! We hope to have a “Prayer” tab at the top of this blog soon to keep everyone updated with prayer requests related to our trip.
